Abstract. Hypersensitivity Lung Disease (HLD) includes Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis (HP), IgE triggered asthma and Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis (ABPA). HP and ABPA are neither common nor rare. Both are important to diagnose as they can result in progressive irreversible lung damage.
